When my brother passed away I was faced with selling his home in Utah. I live out of state and could not fathom how I would be able to accomplish this without many trips back to Salt Lake City to organize a slew of small repairs, housecleaning, painting, landscaping, home staging, marketing and the many other things one needs to do to get a home on the market. Having to deal with all of this plus the grief of losing a loved one felt overwhelming. It was a very emotional and stressful time for our family. From the moment I met Trish I felt that stress melt away. She assured me she would be able to handle everything necessary without great expense or worry. Trish was able to accomplish it all in a timely manner, going way above and beyond what I had previously thought possible from a real estate agent. Our family felt so taken care of by Trish and her team. She got the house looking prefect and we were able to sell it quickly at the top of end of the market. I have bought and sold several properties in my lifetime and this is by far the best experience I've had. I recommend Trish Nichols without hesitation. She's truly a special person.

Jennifer and Lance did an amazing job! I told them what I was looking for and they found exactly that! They helped me find my dream home and what I have always wanted! They were super easy to work with and very enjoyable!
