I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Shanna. She knows the real estate business inside and out and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I really felt like she had our back and was completely dedicated to finding us a home. The market in our price range was extremely competitive and intimidating. She really gave us confidence that it would work out, and then she literally made it happen for us. We will undoubtedly use her for all our real estate needs from here on out and recommend her to everyone we know. What's more is that on top of being an expert in her field, her personality is awesome. We loved house hunting with her, had fun, and left the experience with a home we love and a new friend. Jeff is a true professional. He patiently worked with us over a four year period of time to find the right property. He was always patient, informative and willing to do any research needed. He has a long list of contacts in Ogden valley for anything needed including information on water rights, wells, building code, neighbors, etc. Jeff was always responsive to our needs and consistently available to take our calls day or night. He was aggressive in connecting us with sellers and was able to find information that was critical in the timing of our purchase.
