I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Shanna. She knows the real estate business inside and out and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I really felt like she had our back and was completely dedicated to finding us a home. The market in our price range was extremely competitive and intimidating. She really gave us confidence that it would work out, and then she literally made it happen for us. We will undoubtedly use her for all our real estate needs from here on out and recommend her to everyone we know. What's more is that on top of being an expert in her field, her personality is awesome. We loved house hunting with her, had fun, and left the experience with a home we love and a new friend. We didn't know any real estate agents in the area we were house hunting in and didn't know who to ask for a recommendation. Since this was the biggest purchase we've ever made, we felt really nervous just picking someone online and trusting the reviews. If anyone reading this review is in a similar position, you will not regret using Shanna as your agent. Picking Shanna was the best decision we made in the process.

After asking around for a realtor, Lindsey's name came up over and over and it's obvious why; she's great. Lindsey truly has your best interests at hand. She points out things to you that you may overlook when browsing homes. She and her assistant are INCREDIBLY patient and understanding. As first time home buyers, we had moments of doubts, tons of questions and some mishaps. Lindsey was so understanding. Even more, she was there to answer a text at ANY time of the day almost instantly. She immediately responded and if she was unsure, she got the answer for me ASAP. The home we found was a rare, spacious find and something I never thought we could find and afford. We love our new home! Lindsey was a pleasure to work with and we will most definitely use her to sell our home in the future when the military decides it's time for us to go! Thank you, Lindsey!!!!!
