Dan was excellent from beginning to end. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn (and after touring 50+ homes, and a lot of questions!), and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the things that stood out most was Dan’s eye for detail. While walking through homes, he was constantly pointing out things we wouldn’t have known to look for—potential concerns, things to be cautious about, and details that could affect the value or ownership of a home. He didn’t just open doors; he educated us along the way. His knowledge of the market was also invaluable. He had a strong sense of what was realistically priced, what was overpriced, and where there might be room to negotiate. He was also willing to go beyond our original target areas so we could fully understand our options and make sure we were choosing the right home and location. Communication was exceptional. My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator).
