He explained my options very well and presented my house like a pro. He negotiated on my behalf and my house sold in 6 days. He was present when I signed my closing docs and gave me a nice thank you gift. I forgot to mention he also gave my friend a nice gift for her new house. Fabian, left a very good impression. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the process of buying the house, the area, and the homes. She was on point!! She was always ready to help with what ever we needed.
