I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Shanna. She knows the real estate business inside and out and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I really felt like she had our back and was completely dedicated to finding us a home. The market in our price range was extremely competitive and intimidating. She really gave us confidence that it would work out, and then she literally made it happen for us. We will undoubtedly use her for all our real estate needs from here on out and recommend her to everyone we know. What's more is that on top of being an expert in her field, her personality is awesome. We loved house hunting with her, had fun, and left the experience with a home we love and a new friend. We didn't know any real estate agents in the area we were house hunting in and didn't know who to ask for a recommendation. Since this was the biggest purchase we've ever made, we felt really nervous just picking someone online and trusting the reviews.
