My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. I honestly have never been very impressed with most realtors. To me, a lot of them feel more like cheerleaders just trying to push both parties across the finish line while collecting a massive commission. Jette was the complete opposite of the stereotypical realtor. She is sharp, strategic, aggressive when she needs to be, and absolutely knows what she’s doing. There’s a reason she has the reputation she does in Cache Valley. Mention her name to other realtors and they all know exactly who she is. Some would probably describe her as a bulldog — and after working with her, I mean that as a huge compliment. You want someone like that in your corner when you’re selling a house. Our home in Providence was around the $1M price point, and Jette helped us put together a smart plan from the beginning. She gave us honest advice on pricing, marketing, negotiations, and even what repairs or updates actually mattered versus what would have been a waste of time and money. I never felt like she was guessing or just saying what we wanted to hear. Every recommendation felt calculated and based on experience. She negotiated hard on our behalf, communicated well throughout the process, and clearly knew how to navigate every part of the transaction. She delivered exactly what we needed and honestly exceeded expectations. If you want a soft salesperson who just smiles and unlocks doors, hire an average realtor. If you want someone smart, experienced, strategic, and willing to fight for you, hire Jette. I’m very picky and difficult to impress when it comes to professional services, and I would absolutely use her again.

Pam was diligent finding homes to show us and she paid close attention to the features we wanted. She was always accessible and returned calls and messages right away. She also kept in communication with my agent in California monitoring the status of selling my home. She was conscientious in communicating our desires to the agent selling the house I purchased here in spite of his difficult communications efforts. We couldn't have had a better experience.
