Jette was the complete opposite of the stereotypical realtor. She is sharp, strategic, aggressive when she needs to be, and absolutely knows what she’s doing. There’s a reason she has the reputation she does in Cache Valley. Mention her name to other realtors and they all know exactly who she is. Some would probably describe her as a bulldog — and after working with her, I mean that as a huge compliment. You want someone like that in your corner when you’re selling a house. Our home in Providence was around the $1M price point, and Jette helped us put together a smart plan from the beginning. She gave us honest advice on pricing, marketing, negotiations, and even what repairs or updates actually mattered versus what would have been a waste of time and money. I never felt like she was guessing or just saying what we wanted to hear. Every recommendation felt calculated and based on experience. She negotiated hard on our behalf, communicated well throughout the process, and clearly knew how to navigate every part of the transaction. She delivered exactly what we needed and honestly exceeded expectations. If you want a soft salesperson who just smiles and unlocks doors, hire an average realtor.
