Sarai dealt with a difficult and discouraging situation over the last 2 years or more and she did not give up on us! My 2 sisters in law & I were trying to sell 2 vacant lots in Vernal. We all live in the Salt Lake City area, so we relied on Sarai to keep us posted on whatever was going on, which she did. On 2 separate occasions we had 2 different potential buyers interested in the vacant lots, however the deals fell through due to issues with a neighbor who lived adjacent to the vacant lots. Whenever anyone looked at our vacant lots, this neighbor discouraged the prospective buyers from building a home there. It became obvious that he did not want anyone to build next door to his home. We moved away prior to the sale of our house but that didn’t matter. Josh was in constant communication with us, holding open houses, working with other agents in the evenings and on weekends to ensure our deal was closed.
