Devin was very efficient and professional. Our house sold quickly.

Devan’s marketing plan was unique and perfectly suited to today’s market. He arranged for a professional video of the house to be shared on social media and featured the property on a local television program. As a result, we received two offers. Devan was also extremely knowledgeable about pricing. He gave us realistic expectations and was determined not to settle for less than the house was worth. In the end, we received more money than we had expected. He skillfully helped us negotiate several difficult issues between the sellers and buyers, ensuring the outcome was fair for everyone. Best of all, he made the entire process easy and convenient—even arranging for the title company to come to my workplace so I could complete the paperwork without disrupting my busy schedule. If you live a busy life and need someone who will get things done, Devan is your man. Thank you so much, Devan!

From initial negotiation to final closing, Devin made this whole process so smooth and easy! Communication was clear and consistent and he shared in our excitement when we finally found the one! We really couldn’t be more thankful for all the work he put in and we are just so grateful to have found him! If you are looking for an agent to have your back in negotiation, really listen and understand your needs, and also treat you more like a friend than a profit; Devin is definitely your guy!
