Judy was very quick to help me pick an area with a good school distract since I was new to the state definitely matched very thing I was looking for in a home and when it came to all the paperwork she helped explain everything so that I could understand since we were first time home buyers. Also did an amazing job with the time limit we had so in love with my house couldn't have asked for a better realitor.

Sarai dealt with a difficult and discouraging situation over the last 2 years or more and she did not give up on us! My 2 sisters in law & I were trying to sell 2 vacant lots in Vernal. We all live in the Salt Lake City area, so we relied on Sarai to keep us posted on whatever was going on, which she did. On 2 separate occasions we had 2 different potential buyers interested in the vacant lots, however the deals fell through due to issues with a neighbor who lived adjacent to the vacant lots. Whenever anyone looked at our vacant lots, this neighbor discouraged the prospective buyers from building a home there. It became obvious that he did not want anyone to build next door to his home.
