In my opinion, Alisa is THE BEST Realtor out there. She is resourceful, confident, smart, and know her business/industry like no other! She was extremely dedicated on working to sell our home. When we were looking for a realtor, due to the fact that we lived in the basin area and we did not want to use any "local"realtors, I contacted Alisa. From the very first phone conversation, she showed how knowledgeable she is with the general market, by the time we had our 2nd phone conversation, Alisa had done extensive research on the basin market (which she had never sold any property at), and she had worked out multiple scenarios in how we can sell the property quickly. She is extremely down-to-earth and trustworthy. She kept us in the loop with everything, so you are never left alone wondering what is going on. We thought that us being living in the middle of nowhere, it will take forever to sell our home, with the experience and expertise from Alisa, we had 2 showings the first week and within 5 day we were under contract! we couldn't be more happier with Alisa, and she has our endorsement and recommendation every time we have the opportunity to recommend a realtor!
