We interviewed several real estate agents due to some bad experiences we have had in the past. Ruth Ann was the person we went with ... and we definitely made the right decision. She stayed in contact with us and helped us negotiate the price we were asking. She knew real estate law very well and helped us when counteroffering and building addendums. Due to a job transfer we were faced with moving and selling our home with little notice, at the end of the summer (after peak selling season). She took the time to walk through our house and gave us great insights on things to change or fix that would help with a quick sell at the current market value. She understood the market and coached us on pricing. She oversaw the photo shoot to make sure everything looked perfect, held an open house to drive traffic and used her extensive network of agents to get our listing in front of as many clients as possible. Our home went under contract in about two weeks! Lisa didn’t stop there, she continued to coach us through the negotiation phase until closing. She was always available to answer any question we had and walk us through all the options and scenarios. Lisa was worth every cent of commission we paid! I would recommend using her for sure!

We moved away prior to the sale of our house but that didn’t matter. Josh was in constant communication with us, holding open houses, working with other agents in the evenings and on weekends to ensure our deal was closed. He was very respectful of our needs and always made sure our opinion was heard and understood. If I ever sell my house again, I would use Josh again.
