At 60 yrs old my made the move to buy my very first home. Zia was recommended by family and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Zia showed me houses on several different occasions, was very patient with all my questions about the process and taught me so much. I am deeply indebted to Zia and all her knowledge and helpfulness.

Zia brought a knowledge of historical homes to the negotiations that we thought was really important. She executes her work in an efficient, effective way. She is generous with her time and genuinely cares that her clients are placed in the right home.
