Like all first time homebuyers, we also experienced all the emotions we all do from excitement, stress, anxiety and nervousness but we are so thankful that Diana was there with us every step of the way. From the beginning Diana guided us with the negotiations that resulted with our offer being accepted out of many competitors. Afterwards, she answered every question we had about the process and even some we hadn't thought of asking. She recommended multiple, highly qualified lenders, home and pest inspectors, and renegotiated to get us a greater deal. Her expertise, insight, and accommodations and her representation of us with the lenders, title company, and the sellers made this process feel extremely effortless for us. We are so appreciative of Diana and her hard work and availability, we couldn't be happier with our new home.
