His team helped me get the house ready, supported showings, they helped me find a new place to live and even shared family stories. Dennis’ team all live in the same community where my house was located so they were familiar with all the amenities. They’re also established in the surrounding communities. Having a realtor that can be at your house in a matter of minutes is priceless. I feel like I won the lottery - I had multiple offers in just a few days, closed without any issues, successfully negotiated a later move out date and best of all - made a few new friends in the process.
