Somer was awesome! She represented us as buyers and she helped guide and advise us. She had our back the whole way. Two days before closing we did a final walk through and several big projects that were agreed upon to be done by seller were not done. As I was starting to have a melt down, Somer calmly said it will be done if she had to call a contractor herself. She was immediately on the phone with the seller and taking pictures in case she had to send to her contractor. The work was completed the next day. We did another walk through after the work was completed and the house was left FILTHY, beyond normal dirt. Somer hired a cleaning crew as our closing gift. I would highly recommend Somer!
