We live in Illinois and are moving to Texas. We were put in touch with Texas agent Wendy Bartlett, and did everything long distance. Wendy was extraordinary from the moment we met her. Her demeanor? Calm, cool and collected, friendly, very polite and knew her business and Texas areas inside and out. She from the start of our interactions with her was kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond in every circumstance and educated us along the way. Wendy spent hours and days with us showing us properties, never rushed us but rather took her time and gave us all of the time we needed. She was always on time, not late once. She did a video walk thru of the house we wished to buy, explaining and measuring every room for us. She executed our offer beautifully, and got us our home. She sent us a list of utilities and services we needed to contact with names and numbers included. She sent us the name and number of a handyman company, and made our move, getting unpacked and settled a breeze. Wendy Bartlett is an extraordinary real estate agent, they don't make them like Wendy anymore. Although we were introduced to Wendy as an agent, after this arduous process, Wendy has become not only our agent, but a new friend. We mean that. We adore Wendy Bartlett, and can't gush more about her excellence. I hope that the management of Berkshire Hathaway sees this review of their agent and acknowledges this outstanding agent and quality human being.
