Elena went above and beyond from the first day I met her! She physically helped move things out of the house to stage it in a more pleasing way. Elena was very professional in handling the busybody neighborhood. She was very understanding and supportive of my situation. I had recently lost my mom and was selling her home. She joined in on a neighborhood open house while I was out of town on a cruise and couldn’t be reached. She went over and swept the floors, dusted, sprayed air freshener and provided refreshments for the guest herself! She is very knowledgeable of her profession and goes out of her way for her clients. If I had questions she always answered her phone or immediately returned my call. She did an excellent job of negotiating to get us the best price possible.
