75 real estate agents in Mineral Wells

My parents had been trying to sell their land and house in Mineral Wells for about 7 years and one REALTOR after another (4 to be exact) after they got the listing everything just sat in limbo and we never heard from them again. And one day my dad was waiting for my mom at a doctos appointment and while looking for stuff to read he just happened to pickup a local Fort Worth magazine and aa he was flipping through it he came across an ad for Stephanie. He brought the magazine home and asked me to give her a call so I did. She came to our house and took the time to really get to know us - not only as a potential client but also as a family. After our meeting we knew she was the one for us. She got to work immediately and did so much marketing and outreach that our land sold in 2 weeks of it being listed + we got full asking price! She was so amazing to work with that we gave her the listing for the house. And once again she stayed right on top of everything and sold our house in just a little over 2 weeks! There are so many wonderful things to say about Stephanie - she is so on point and in touch, very personable, attentive, caring, smart, hard working, and delivered on every single promise - she did exactly what she said she was going to do! Me and my family are so thankful (and gratefu) that my dad ran out of stuff to read and just happened to pick up that magazinel and found Stephanie - she's truly the BEST REALTOR we've ever had the experience of working with! If you or anyone you know is looking for a REALTOR, put your TRUST & FAITH in Stephanie. You'll love her and she'll get the job done! Stephanie, if you're reading this, thank you for everything you've done for us. The gift you gave to my parents was the most thoughtful and beautiful gift ever. It just goes to show how much you truly listened & cared. We started as a client and now you're a true friend of our family. You're awesome!
