I have sold several homes. I have had good experiences and not so great experiences; however, I have never had an amazing home-selling experience until Rebecca Townsend became our realtor. She helped us get our house ready for sale while my family and I were on vacation, she negotiated everything with the sellers for the house we ended up buying (again, while I was on vacation), and she handled every bit of the nuances that naturally come with selling a house. My wife and I were incredibly impressed with her efficiency and reliability. Her recommendations for minor upgrades - which didn't cost much at all - allowed us to get receive a full list price offer on our house within three days. Rebecca is officially our realtor for life!

Where to begin... it's hard to put into words how much we love Wendy and Erin and all that they did for us in helping us to purchase our new home. We were referred to the WE team by Johan Dulfer (another phenomenal realtor), who helped us sell our home in Ithaca, NY. Knowing that we were about to embark onto a HUGE move, Johan interviewed a few realtors in the DFW area to make sure we had the perfect one for us. Even from our initial phone conversation with Wendy, Jim and I both knew we would be friends forever and that she would be our best advocate in the DFW real estate market. From that point on, Wendy and Erin were both professional, honest, attentive, punctual, transparent, and truly listened to and acted upon what we wanted. Time and time again, they went above and beyond in every aspect possible. It was clearly evident they wanted our family to be happy, and that this wasn't just a transaction for them. Wendy and Erin were extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate transactions, as well as local resources and recommendations, which was very helpful to us, coming from the northeast to Texas.
