As first time home buyer, I wasn't completely sure of the process and which steps i should do in which order, but Eber helped me through it all; resolving any poblem and made sure i stayed on track. he was also extremely good guiding me; helpful in coordinating my closing date and all of my inspections once i went under contract. The amount of effort and time Dee Dee put into walking me through the entire home selling and later purchasing process is unbelievable. She was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. I was provided with honest information and I felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time seller, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Dee Dee does it – she went above and beyond in every way. She even helped me stage my home and prioritize what I needed to focus on in order to get the best offer for my home . When we were ready to purchase our new home we . were not sure what to expect, what was good/bad, etc., and she was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what she knew about our wishes. I truly appreciated her input and I trusted that she was being honest. This is an invaluable quality to have as a real estate agent and not everyone has it. If and when we go through the selling and buying process again we will call her again because she is really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome.
