Great agent at presenting market price, preparing, presenting, communicating listing to public, & open house. Agent said home would sale on day one and it did. High energy in obtaining that sales contract, Maelia is fantastic and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Having said all the positive which far out ways the negative, I also offer this; As is typical in most businesses, once the sale occurs, Maelia's attention naturally is on to the next new listing. There is less communication, less follow-thru, less focus on details. I can support each with examples but would prefer to not dwell on the negative. Remember I said "less" in the latter which means that with Maelia the communication, follow-thru & focus was still very good just not excellent after the sale. Please note - Maelia gets 5 stars in each category from me. Great job!!!!!!
