At the beginning, she thought for sure, without a doubt, I would get full asking price for my house. Even though it needed lots of work. I would say either her marketing knowledge needs some work or don't attempt to over estimate for the seller's sake. Tell it like it is. Her communication was good. She always responded to every single question I had. Her professionalism was spot on. Sometimes it gets very frustrating,and we went through 3 contracts until it finally sold.
