Cher has been our realtor for 18 years. She has helped us buy 3 houses and 3 parcels of land in three different cities in Bell County. She is an advocate for the client. She is patient and does not rush you to buy, She is refreshingly honest and will tell you what you need to know. She knows the housing market and is tenacious in negotiating prices and closing costs. She was able to negotiate down approximately $10,000 off our closing cost.

Our home buying experience with Jimmy was unbelievable. He walked us thru each step of the process and was so helpful. He was always responsive, respectful, professional and kind.
