When I contacted Brent Rice to help me find a rental home I was at the end of my rope. I had tried for several months to find a house on my own and realized that I couldn’t do it on my own. He dropped everything to spend the next day day with me to view the 8 or 9 houses I had selected to go see, after which he helped me get two applications sent for the ones I thought were the best for us. He got us approved for both in a day and we got to choose the best one. We moved by our deadline. Everything went as smooth as silk, if there were any hitches…I wasn’t aware of them (smiling).
