Deb was very instrumental in the purchase of our farmhouse! This was an emotional sell for the original owners but she was tenacious about getting both parties to the table and the sale completed. The Fayetteville area is on the radar for many interested parties from both Houston and Austin and Deb remains up- to-date with the area and is knowledgeable of the properties entering and exiting the market! Deb has also been very helpful as we renovate the farm home and has been an excellent resource for craftsman in the area. During the last few weeks of the Summer, she has been kind enough to check daily on our "adopted pony" until we can be more readily available for it's care.!
