When my old realtor quit the business a few years ago I was very concerned with finding a new one. These transactions were my 4th sale and 5th purchase in 10 years. Ryan and I are old high school friends that happen to run into each other randomly last year. I was ready to sell and re-purchase due to my growing family. Ryan really exceeded all of my expectations on both sides of the transaction. Everything was so seamless and simple.
