The house was a short sell and she put in a lot of overtime negotiating with the bank. I know a lot of other agents would have dropped the ball several times on this deal, but Deborah was very diligent and even got me a home warranty and termite treatment. I was so happy with her service, I used her for an investment deal. It's really hard to find an agent who works hard, who's always available, who knows the real estate business and the different markets like Deborah. I would never consider using anyone else for my real estate needs.
