Not only that, she educated us on ways to lower our mortgage in the nearer future buy refinancing, mortgage recast etc. and she also told us that she will be available to answer any questions we might have and will guide us through lowering our mortgage even after buying our dream house with some good advices. She guided us through with real life experience. One of the major things I do appreciate about her is that she doesn’t rush us into buying a house but was Patiently working with us until we got the house that we eventually love . I have had an experience with a realtor who wanted me to apply for a pre approval, sign a contract and apply for a loan the first day we met him, even though I was telling him that the house doesn’t meet most of our requirements. We stopped using him. Naomi was patience and was helping us to apply real life reality in our decision making. I remembered she will ask me “What do you think about this house, I don’t want you to feel being pushed into buying this, if you don’t like it we will keep looking. But always remember this IT IS BETTER TO BUY A SMALLER HOUSE IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD THAN TO BUY A BIGGER HOUSE IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD ’ and if you want a bigger house in a good neighborhood we will keep looking until we found one that falls in your budget “.
