We absolutely fell in love with one of the other houses on his list and decided to place an offer contingent that we sell our current house. Kevin was immediately on the task of getting our current house sold. The next day he had a photographer at our house, placed our house on the market, and scheduled viewings and an open house. He was strategic and honest about what we should list our house. Two days after being on the market, we got an offer over asking! Kevin exceeded our expectations. He was amazing to work with.
