Jo is very knowledgeable of the local housing market, which came in handy for our selling strategy, pricing adjustments, and negotiations. This was my first time selling a house and she was always available for questions, gave great feedback on how to prepare the house, and actively communicated throughout every step of the process. I was very impressed with her diligence communicating with other realtors and open house visitors to get feedback on the house and identify potential improvements that could improve marketability. Jo truly went above and beyond to get the house sold, I am forever thankful and would choose her as my realtor again in a heartbeat.
