Isiah and his team proved themselves to be the best realty team I have ever dealt with. Moving around with the military, I have encountered plenty. Isiah met with me, closely listened to my questions, concerns, and what results I was looking for. He took the time to develop a marketing plan and review it with me so I could be informed every step of the way. His intricate marketing plan got me a full price offer on the first day listed. I will tell you he was so patient and went out of his way to get this deal closed for me. Due to circumstances out of our control, this deal became extremely difficult but Isiah refused to give up even when I wouldn't have blamed him if he did. Every time a monkey wrench was thrown at us, he made a point to stay calm and work through it. Even talked me off the ledge as I was reaching my boiling point a time or two.
