He met with me quickly and provided his expertise and knowledge of the area where the property was located as well as comparable properties for sale or which had sold. Even though I made my own decisions, his help enabled me to come up with an asking price that proved to be just right. The property sold in no time. Anything that was required was handled by Rene himself. I never had to wait for him to make adjustments as they arose. I am very pleased with the whole experience. I would use him again for sure.
