Luckily, I was blessed with a fantastic, knowledgeable, motivated, and professional real estate agent. Gustavo helped me purchase a home within my means even though I was hundreds of miles away. I gave him some parameters in what I was looking for and he found multiple homes and provided me with in-depth walk-through videos and objective commentary what he thought of the property. All the paperwork needed was sent in PDF and signable formats, he also managed to handle all the earnest money, inspections, and contract paperwork. Gus is “fire and forget” type of individual, just tell him what you’re looking for and he can make it in no time. I couldn’t recommend a better real estate agent than Gustavo if you’re considering purchasing a home in the sun city! 10/10 recommend.
