My husband and I were grateful to have Dina guide us through the fun yet stressful process of home buying. After having patience with us while we figured out financing, she set up a tour for our home immediately after. This home had been in my favorites list since it was listed 30 days prior and were excited she got us in quickly. Though my husband and I took a first time home buyers course, we still had plenty of questions and Dina helped us with all of them. She had extensive knowledge about the area and surrounding areas, her negotiation skills were excellent and she made recommendations for key components in this process that did not disappoint! I do wish that the communication had been better, particularly in the last 2 weeks before closing. We understood that if she didn’t have the answers, there was nothing to share but it would have been nice to get a “hey I still haven’t heard from XYZ, but it’s on my radar” or something similar as the closer we got to closing the more anxious we were about some loose ends. Overall when it came time to sign documents and actually head over to the title company she was in constant contact and we really appreciated that! Since closing Dina has helped us donate appliances and other items left behind to some people and organizations in need, which as a care coordinator speaks to my soul. As we have found a home we are in love with, we plan to stay quite some time, but if the time comes we would reach out to Dina.
