As a first time home buyer I felt like I was a bit lost at first especially in the crazy market that is Midland/Odessa. I was extremely nervous that I would miss out on opportunities for a house due to the speed houses were being bought and sold, but he was on top of the game with letting me know of listings that fit my checklist. When I initially decided on a house, he got inspections scheduled fast and it helped decided that a particular house was not for me!
