This was my very first house that I bought. Colleen Matey, is the absolute best realtor. She went over everything with me, it didn’t matter if it was a tiny item or something huge. She’s extremely knowledgeable, tons of patience and she had my best interest in mind at all times. This is our second time working with Holly to sell our home. The first round was a direct sell where she came in to help with all the formality/communication/organization/etc needed for a smooth sale. This second round was straight to the market. It wasn't the prettiest seller's market either. Holly guided us, prepared us, and led us with confidence and tenured knowledge through the whole process. She provides so much information up front and stays available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process. Her negotiation tactics helped us come out on top as well despite the before-mentioned market circumstances. She is truly a joy to work with and we will continue to be returning clients when life throws more home transactions our way!

Due to a recent surgery we were unable to get to Texas see a house that we purchased site unseen to be close to family. Nick was able to negotiate a great deal with the new home builder including a very nice discount on the purchase price along with credit towards closing!! He also went above and beyond to help us with finance options and inspectors in our area. More importantly he gave us the peace of mind to get us through a stressful situation. We worked with Melissa and Freddie long distance. While in Lubbock, Melissa came to walk through the house with us and they were able to give us excellent information on what we needed to do to sell the home. They also gave us a listing price that was very reasonable for the area. Melissa stayed in contact with us over the next several months while we were getting things ready on our end to get the home listed. Once we were ready, she handled everything for us and had the home sold in just a few days. We had to move all the belongings out of there while we were in Michigan, she helped us get things coordinated; and after the movers left she made sure the home was ready for the new owner so we didn’t have to come back to Lubbock. She was very knowledgeable, always prompt, and negotiated the sale very well. We highly recommend Melissa and Freddie. They are amazing and know the Lubbock area very well.
