They were able to recommend us houses based on each of my family members' circumstances, and they did not hesitate to let us know if a house might not meet our expectations as a family. They were honest and responsive from day one to closing, and I can't think of a time where they didn't get back to us nearly immediately when we had questions or concerns. Gary and Trudi were excellent negotiators for us, working tirelessly to get us concessions and work with the seller to see what areas were potentially flexible. Where the Owens especially excelled for us was in their partnership - they balanced each other perfectly and used their separate but complimentary sets of skills to help us navigate every step of the home-buying process. I'm not normally the kind of person to go out of my way to recommend services to other people, but I've already been telling my colleagues who are looking for houses about Gary and Trudi.
