I've been looking for investment property and Kenny is always looking for the right property. His knowledge of the area is impressive. He is always professional and responsive to my inquires. He is highly motivated yet not pushy and working with him has been a wonderful experience.

Tricia Littell put a lot of energy looking for every exact thing I had on my list. At the time, I wasn't even sure if I could qualify for what I wanted, but because of her past experience in the mortgage industry, she gave me all of the details I needed to make it happen. She was a straight shooter and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. She told me all of the pros and the cons of each property in regards to my specific needs, so I wouldn't jump into something and then have regrets. I am so happy with my location and my home. She knows the Houston & Cypress area so well and was on point about everything I wanted. I have worked with agents before and none of them have ever come close to putting in the work like she does. She is a rare find and If I ever considered moving again, I would never consider using anybody else.
