We have worked with Anne-Marie over the last couple of years with the most recent project being the sale of our home, while previously helping us look for new home. She is remarkable in some many ways. She consistently went out of her way to help us throughout the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and process, surgical with marketing, available well beyond our expectations, and could not have been easier and more enjoyable to work with. While the sale of a home can be a stressful ordeal Anne-Marie made it easy and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Her experience and knowledge was a huge asset in guiding us through the sometimes overwhelming process. She didn’t just know what she was doing but also taught us about the process so we never felt lost. She helped us prioritize what was important to us and set realistic expectations for us within our budget. Sondra was always ready and willing to show us as many houses as we wanted. When we didn’t find our house right away she didn’t let us settle or get discouraged. Sondra was always a phone call or text away to explain things we didn’t understand or help us digest the massive amount of information being thrown at us. I cannot imagine how much more stressful this would have been without her and we will definitely be using her again if/when we choose to sell or buy another house!
