Selling a second home is never simple, but ours came with a perfect storm of complications: rigid mortgage qualification rules on the buyers' side, a leasing management company that had to be woven into the transaction, and a timing situation that left almost no margin for error in a slow market. There wasn't just one delay. There were several. Miscommunications and missing steps on the buyers' end pushed the closing back twice, stretching what should have been a straightforward sale into a two-month longer process than anyone anticipated. In a buyers' market, that kind of extended uncertainty can easily unravel a deal — or a seller's confidence. Edith never let either happen. What set her apart wasn't just her knowledge of the market — it was how she used it. She understood exactly where the pressure points were, communicated clearly with every party involved, and kept the process moving even when the momentum wasn't there. She didn't just manage the transaction; she managed the stress of it. Every time we needed clarity, she provided it. Every time the path forward looked murky, she mapped it out. This was our second home sold with Edith within a single year. That's not coincidence — that's trust earned. She brings a level of integrity and professionalism that makes you feel like you're in expert hands from the first conversation to the final signature. If you're navigating a complicated sale — or just want someone who will advocate for you with honesty and skill no matter what the market is doing — call Edith. She's the kind of realtor you refer to people you care about.

Working with Edith was a pleasure from start to finish! Her expertise was invaluable in completing each step in the process with ease. Her combination of knowledge and hard work provided a win/win experience for both parties to accomplish our goals. I truly appreciate Edith’s flawless guidance and dedication culminating in such successful results.

Edith staged our house and we had a lot of interest, and she negotiated the offer so we received close to asking price for the sale. We thought we would have to rent and take a year or so to find a new home to purchase. Edith was helping to find rentals, but it was difficult to find a home to rent. Edith was keeping an eye on a new build at a location near our former home, and it was great and actually cheaper than renting. She negotiated a lot of extras for us, and even with anohter full price offer she was able to talk the builder into a price a little below asking. Everything has been great at the new home, and Edith was
