Mike and his team did a fantastic job helping us sell an investment property during a formidable buyers market. We explained our objectives of selling quickly and they guided us through the process with 100% professionalism. We ended up getting under contract in less than a week! Been working with Thomas for 16 years.. listen to these guys and they’ll get you where you want to go.

1005 Middle Brook Dr Leander
My wife and I moved from Provo, UT to Leander, TX in hopes of finding a rental home while still working 2 full-time jobs. Greg not only found us a great and comfortable home, but he was so responsive and respectful of our hard schedule. With his help we didn't have to take a single day off of work to find a home. His knowledge about the Austin area is incredible and he bent over backwards to help us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. If you are looking for a phenomenal realtor/ friend, contact Greg!

1105 Euphoria Bend Austin
Danielle exceeded my high expectations and I strongly recommend her. She is the reason I 'won' my house (because of her agent connections and negotiating skills). I was referred to Danielle through a top agent and friend in California, so she passed the 'peer' test. On our first phone call, it was clear she was personable and also able to communicate directly - no fluff. During our first meeting in her office, we discussed the typical buying process and my home needs, and she also went over a market analysis that included areas of opportunity, appreciation rates, future developments, and much more data. When we saw homes I was considering, Danielle pointed out things that I wouldn't have noticed - like signs of issues that might come up in an inspection. In an ultra-competitive market like Austin at this time, speed is critical. Danielle was quick to connect with other agents and show me off-market homes and submit offers. I was a conventional loan buyer and won on my 2nd offer because Danielle saw a home within hours of it hitting the market and negotiated the sale that same day - before the home even saw the weekend market. She won the home for me that day so I didn't have to compete against a weekend full of other buyers (for context, there were over 50 offers on the first home I bid on). Danielle guided me through the buying process (much easier than I expected). She organized everything and I just have to provide my information and sign off on decisions. If you want to win in Austin with an informed agent that creates a stress-free environment/relationship, I highly recommend Danielle Fountain.
