With all of the stresses of a pandemic raining down on the world, Kirk maintained a razor sharp intuition, kept a positive attitude and guided me through the process flawlessly. Hands-down, Kirk is the at the top of his game at all times.

Both my wife & myself were initially apprehensive about buying our final home to settle in Austin, during pandemic & a hot realty market. We were lucky to find Lily and she acted as our trusted advisor & representative on the ground. She listened to our needs, kept in mind the details, gave very objective views about the short listed homes & neighbourhood and never pressured to buy. For remote buyers, she makes the process simple & transparent. Her professionalism, diligence, care for our requirements and service above & beyond, amazed us and seprates her from others. Thank you Lily. We found a new home and also a trusted friend.
