Andrew turned what could have been a very stressful home buying experience into a delight. We are first time home buyers, but we felt extremely comfortable navigating the home buying process with Andrew's expert guidance. Andrew was consistently reliable and trustworthy — an honest advisor and fierce negotiator for us even when it meant a lower price and less commission for him. We are extremely grateful for Andrew's willingness to go the extra mile time and time again during our home buying process to help us find our dream house and navigate the purchasing process; no matter what we needed, Andrew would cheerfully take care of it. His local knowledge (whether about pricing trends, or HOA or local ordinances, or schools, or traffic, or resell value, what have you) is extensive and has been developed over time during the many changes this area has experienced. Andrew even stayed available to help us out after the sale was closed, and offered invaluable advice as we adjusted to the responsibilities of home ownership and home maintenance. When a friend mentions that they're even slightly considering buying or selling their home, I share Andrew's name with them. And there was no question of who we chose as our agent for selling our condo (which he handled marvelously in a tough selling situation). Andrew gets my highest possible recommendation, without reservation.

Andrew was amazing to work with and made the whole process of buying our home feel easy and straightforward. He was always quick to respond whenever we had questions and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. He also did a great job negotiating on our behalf. Thanks to him, we received $10,000 toward closing costs, a two-year home warranty paid for by the sellers, and even had some minor repairs taken care of — including fixing a damaged backyard fence during escrow. We really couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Andrew is professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his clients. He is also a local who grew up in the ATX metro area, so he has vast knowledge on various neighborhoods and school districts.

Having worked with several other realtors in the past, I can confidently say that Andrew is easily the best! Andrew separates himself from the rest with excellent communication and confidence inspiring knowledge. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure our buying process went as smoothly as possible. He also made himself available to answer all of our questions promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone!
