Susan knows the area better than anyone. Down to which neighborhoods are the best to live in, down to even specific streets. She worked hard to ensure I had an easy search for houses and gave excellent advice for offers. My offer was accepted on only the second try, a true rarity in the 2022 market. She was always timely in getting back to me about anything and everything. She stayed in touch during the whole process and even helped me keep my lenders on schedule. She was also very friendly and professional in every interaction I had with her. I would recommend Susan to anyone looking for a home in Central Texas, she's just the best!

Michael is an extremely experienced and creative real estate agent. Through several sales and purchases of our homes and projects, Michael has been a trusted guide, advising on best practices and direction through easy and challenging transactions and markets alike. He is dynamic, responsive, proactive, and communicative. His information about the market and current codes and policies are timely and up to the minute. Mike is always professional, but manages to bring a jovial, friendly, and relaxed quality to work, which is so welcome. I would only recommend Michael Jurkash and South Austin Homes to colleagues, friends, and family. We are so grateful to know them and benefit from their expertise.
