The Austin real estate market is hectic and property moves quickly. It's easy to find a home you love but hard to make your offer stand out/be accepted. Long story short, I found the home I loved and Craig knew exactly what I needed to do to make my offer stand out from all of the others. First house we submitted an offer on-we went against 12 other offers, several that were higher $ amounts than mine, and we came out on top.
