We were lucky to have Miryam as our agent. We bought a new house from a builder and Miryam, thanks to her knowledge, reliability and empathy, patiently guided us through the whole process, from purchasing to closing through the building process itself. Always responsive and proactive, she made sure that nothing fell into the cracks. We certainly highly recommend Miryam!

She kept us up-to-date on listings in our desired area and was very easy to talk to. Not just that, but our first offer got accepted in a very competitive market!!! We were first-time homebuyers and she and her whole team made the process so seamless and easy for us. We would love to work with Kristie again!!

We worked with the Zell team to find our dream home in January 2019 and there truly aren’t words to describe how incredible they are. From the initial meeting to closing day, we felt so taken care of throughout the entire process. We really felt like we were their only client because of how much care and personal touch they put into our home-buying process. They were so flexible through every step and helped us create the best offer possible to help us win the bid. We met the sellers of our home before closing and they complimented our offer package, saying that it really stood out from the rest and truly made a difference. This team is so great at what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Austin area! They made such a stressful event as easy as possible and we are so pleased with how everything went. Thank you, Zell team!
