Richard managed my properties and after 8 years...

Richard managed my properties and after 8 years my daughter is taking one of them. We never set a foot in the house during that time. When we did the walk thru, the house smell like new. The condition of the house was impeccable. We are so grateful to Richard and will keep any other properties with him!
