Well we didn’t want to sale our property but some life events happened and we didn’t have much other choice. But since we decided to sale, Traci was very knowledgeable and knows her stuff when it comes to real estate. She handles pretty much everything and makes it very easy for the sellers or buyers. She seems to live real estate which is good in my mind because you know she try’s hard for her clients. She is driven and motivated and I would highly recommend her as an agent to consider using. Who really wants to use an agent that just throws your listing on the MLS and waits for a buyer. I know I don’t, with Traci you will get an agent that try’s to sale your home or property. We had Victor's assistance 4 years ago when we were looking for a home. He was so accommodating, incredibly patient and very generous with his time during our search that we never considered another agent when it came time to sell. Obviously, selling in the current market was not as challenging as it has been in the past, but I have no doubt that Victor's attention to his clients and their needs, will be addressed in any market, buyers or sellers. Both the closings (purchase and sale) had to be handled from out of state. Victor was able to facilitate all aspects of inspections, walk thrus and settlement as needed. Can't recommend him enough.
